Booking terms and conditions

Owner Jim and Jane Campbell

A deposit of £150 or $250 is required to secure a booking. This deposit will be returned within 30 days after the vacation.

The full amount for the booking must be paid 2 months in advance of the booking. Late bookings will have to be paid at the same time as deposit.

Cancellations are as follows   4 – 8 weeks         -    £75 / $125 deducted from deposit

                                                   <4 weeks               -   No refund of deposit

Cost of rental includes use of all amenities, however heating of pool / spa is at extra cost of £95 / $170 p week.

Check in time 4pm and check out time 11am. Late check out or early check is often possible depending on whether the house is vacant the day you arrive / depart.

Both properties have a key code safe with key outside the property. The code will be sent prior to departure along with maps and location of each property. Both properties are also managed by local management company who will respond to any queries or problems that you may have during your stay.
